This communication is for parents of students who have taken math high school credit courses as a middle school student.  If your child has taken Intro to Algebra, Algebra 1, Algebra II or Geometry in 6th, 7th or 8th grade and earned a B or lower in these classes, per St. James parish policy they are eligible to retake and replace this course.  If you are interested in having your child retake and replace this course, you must contact the school via email immediately.   The purpose of the retake and replace policy in middle school is to give students the opportunity to earn a better grade for their high school transcript.  This retake and replace opportunity must be taken in 2018-19 school year.  Therefore, it is important for you to contact the principal no later than July 24, 2018 in order to be scheduled accordingly.
