Below is information that pertains to all seniors.
Please send the name(s) of your scholarship/award recipient(s) and the amount to Mr. Eltonary Oubre at [email protected] by Wednesday, May 13. Class/Awards Night is scheduled for Friday, May 15, at 6:00 p.m. in the parking lot in front of the field house. For those people who can not attend, it will also be on Facebook Live. In an effort to comply with current standards of “normal,” we must adhere to the following guidelines:
1. Vehicles with seniors will get parking spots in the lot or along the immediate perimeter of the lot. Pickup trucks will park along the perimeter.
2. Only one parking spot per vehicle.
3. No one is allowed out of their vehicles. Sitting in the back of pickup trucks is allowed.
4. Awards will be brought to seniors at their vehicle.
5. Presenters and faculty are asked to park behind the field house.
6. Anyone speaking at podium must wear a mask.
7. Maintain six feet of social distancing at all times.
8. At the conclusion, everyone must leave the campus.
9. Seniors will receive their gift as each car exits.
10. Seniors, please make a sign that can be seen easily for teachers to identify you.
11. Program will be posted on Facebook and the SJH webpage.
