ATTENDANCE RECOVERY INFORMATION:
IMPORTANT MESSAGE to students in need of attendance recovery:
If you failed one or more Fall of 2022 courses due to attendance you will receive and email before Monday, January 9, 2023 on how to proceed. Grades have been finalized, so you should be able to see in JCAMPUS which classes you failed due to missing too many classes.
*You will see an F with an (*) asterisk next to it.
You can clear up the attendance issues for the Fall of 2022 by doing the following:
Complete the online attendance recovery opportunity described below.
This opportunity is only for courses from the Fall of 2022. Students are assigned courses according to the number of courses failed due to attendance .
The completion period is from Jan 9th through January 20th regardless of the number of courses assigned. The courses are self-paced and can be completed as quickly as the student chooses to work. The end date of all courses is January 20, 2023. All courses must be completed on or BEFORE that date.
Before Monday, you will receive an email in your school email account with directions on how to start the course. All communication about the courses will be via the school email accounts.
The attendance failure will be updated in JCAMPUS to the passing grade earned once the course completion is finalized. This could take 48 hours or more after completion of the course.
Once this opportunity deadline is reached, there will be NO additional opportunities to clear failures due to attendance for the Fall 2022 semester. Once this opportunity deadline is reached the only option will be to repeat the courses needed for graduation.
